Elves of the Dreaming Vale

The Elves of the Dreaming Vale are an organization of undead guardians of the lands of The Dreaming Vale (in modern Uldenor). They are led by Ondine, or She of the Life-Giving Stream, a baelnorn who was once the high priestess of her tribe.
